I create gorgeous Buddy Icons and small Avatars in 200x200px size - though the samples below are shown at 125x125px to fit better on the page. There are many uses for these - in IM windows, on Forums, even as advertising on webpages, linked to your site. I can size them to suit you also in the smaller, standard formats of 125x125px and 100x100px.
The Buddy Icons may be images relating to your business, or they may be portraits - whatever you prefer. The business ones are a great way to advertise your business on IM and Forums without coming across too heavy-handed, and they need to be as attractive and eye-catching as possible for this purpose. The same goes for portraits, although people are naturally more inclined to look at faces than any other kind of picture. See some samples below.
